CHANAS — Return & Exchange Policy
1. No Return & No Refund Policy
CHANAS does not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances, including:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Sizing or fitting issues
- Color differences due to lighting or screen displays
- Incorrect purchase made by the customer
- All sales are final.
2. Exchange Policy (Wrong Item Only)
Exchanges are accepted only if the item received is incorrect in model, design, or color.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed
- All tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact
- Proof of purchase is required
- Clear photos/videos (preferably an unboxing video) must be provided
- The item must be received first for inspection before the exchange is approved
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Size or fit issues
- Change of mind
- Natural leather marks or grain variation
- Color tone differences from lighting/screens
- Any damage not caused by CHANAS sending the wrong item
- Sale, discounted, Raffle, Limited, or Final Sale items
How to Request an Exchange

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
3. Customer Responsibility Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.
Any issue must be reported within 3 days.
Claims submitted after the 3-day window cannot be processed.
