CHANAS — Return & Exchange Policy

 

1. No Return & No Refund Policy

CHANAS does not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Sizing or fitting issues
  • Color differences due to lighting or screen displays
  • Incorrect purchase made by the customer
  • All sales are final.


2. Exchange Policy (Wrong Item Only)

Exchanges are accepted only if the item received is incorrect in model, design, or color.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Clear photos/videos (preferably an unboxing video) must be provided
  • The item must be received first for inspection before the exchange is approved

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Size or fit issues
  • Change of mind
  • Natural leather marks or grain variation
  • Color tone differences from lighting/screens
  • Any damage not caused by CHANAS sending the wrong item
  • Sale, discounted, Raffle, Limited, or Final Sale items

How to Request an Exchange

If you received the wrong item, please contact our team immediately through our LINE OFFICIAL “@chanas” or our email "th.chanas@gmail.com"

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

 

3. Customer Responsibility Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

Any issue must be reported within 3 days.

Claims submitted after the 3-day window cannot be processed.
