• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Estimated delivery time:
• Domestic (Thailand EMS): 2–5 business days after dispatch
• International: 7–14 business days after dispatch (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs inspections, or weather conditions.
3. Shipping Fees
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.
• Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically on orders meeting minimum purchase requirements — details will be announced on our website and official channels.
4. Tracking Your Order
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number and courier information via email.
• You can monitor your shipment’s progress online using the tracking link provided.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
